I had intended to reduce the distance for this week to have some recovery, however I was not expecting to reduce it quite so much. Several “social” invents intervened, so although I did reduce the distance, I am not so sure about the recovery part. Anyway, it all starts again tomorrow and I am still on track to run over 300km for July.
